Fixing local visibility across 14 clinic locations
A dental group with fourteen clinics had inconsistent business data across every major aggregator, and four locations were effectively invisible in map results.

The challenge
Fourteen locations had accumulated eleven years of listings across acquisitions, rebrands and two address changes. Aggregators held between three and nine conflicting records per clinic. Four locations did not appear in the map pack for their own suburb, and two were showing a phone number that had been disconnected for three years.
What we did
- 1
Audited every aggregator and directory record for all fourteen locations, producing a single spreadsheet of 640 listings and their conflicts.
- 2
Agreed one canonical NAP format per location with the client's operations team, including the suite-number conventions that had been the source of much of the drift.
- 3
Suppressed 312 duplicates and corrected the survivors, working through each platform's own resolution process rather than bulk tools.
- 4
Rebuilt location pages with distinct content per clinic, since eleven of the fourteen had been running near-identical copy.
The outcome
All fourteen locations now appear in the map pack for their primary suburb term. Direction requests rose 87% and calls originating from search rose 43% across the group. The client retains the full listing log and logins, so the data stays maintainable in-house.
