You set your own rate. Most sites in the network sit between $80 and $600 per placement depending on traffic and authority, and you can adjust your rate whenever you like.
It depends entirely on your niche and metrics. Sites in competitive commercial niches with strong traffic may see several requests a week; a narrow niche might see one a month. We won't inflate expectations before you join.
No. You can decline any piece for any reason. We would rather you refuse something that doesn't fit than publish it reluctantly and remove it a month later.
Net 15 from the date the placement goes live, by bank transfer or PayPal. Publishers with more than ten placements a month can move to a consolidated monthly invoice.
